Elementary Registration
Tri-City Elementary Registration will be held on Monday, August 17, 2009 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00pm to 7:00pm. No appointment is necessary during the above scheduled times, however, if you miss the registration date, then an appointment is needed. Please call the elementary office at 364-4035 for an appointment. The following paperwork needs to be turned in at registration: PK-K-6-9 need physicals, K-2-6 need dental exams, K needs vision, and all incoming kindergartners or any student new to the district need to show proof of residency. Afternoon Session: 2:00 - 7:00 pm

General supply list for Middle and High School students:
Notebooks, pencils, pens, calculator, 3-ring binder(s) and folders
(Teachers may require additional materials for their specific classes.)

New Middle and High School Students for 2009 - 2010 Academic Year
New Middle School (6-8) and High School (9-12) students should call the main MS/HS office at (217) 364-4530 to schedule an appointment to register. New students need to bring the following documents to register in our district: Registration Form, proof of residency, current physical and immunization records, birth certificate, transcripts/withdrawal grades and social security number. A formal request will also be sent to the student's previous school for additional records.
